Brand new home, large fenced yard. Very nice kitchen and high-end finishes throughout the home. The home is always clean and organized, professional cleaners come through once per month. The basement bedroom has it’s own full bath, there is also a full bar Kitchenette and large rec room that would all be your space. I only go to the basement to work in my office a few hours per day.

I live alone and travel frequently. I own a business and am very into motorcycles . I rarely go in the basement of the home, there is a full bar Kitchenette so we might not even see each other most days. I enjoy cooking and entertaining occasionally, you would have access to the whole home with the exception of the master suite and my office. Absolutely no smokers and no pets.
