East 30th Street

We got really lucky during the pandemic finding this apartment. We have lived in this apartment for about 2 years now and have not had a single issue/ complaint. It is a safe, quiet, co-op/family building with laundry in the basement. Huge bedrooms (abnormally large for NYC), a brand new re-done full kitchen when we moved in, and a full living room. The apartment is fully furnished (outside of the bedroom). Amazing location within 500 ft of Target, Trader Joe’s, Fairway, close to the subway, and lots of bars/ restaurants on 3rd ave.

My Roommate Kristin and I are both 26, from Long Island NY, and have been living together for 4 years. (2 years in this apartment). Our third roommate is moving out when our lease ends July 30th and we are looking to fill her room as we got really lucky with such a spacious/ great location apartment and could never give it up. I work in tech sales and WFH about 2-3 days a week/ go back and forth to Long Island a lot. Kristin works in hotel management in-person/ including on weekends.
