Looking to rent a spare bedroom and bathroom in my home. Both are in a separate little hallway with an extra closet for storage. The house is 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. There’s a private back yard, pool, new patio with gas fireplace, outdoor seating, beautiful gardens, and a 2-car garage. It’s a great location right off the I-17 and Loop 101 for commuting and travel. It will be a strictly month-month lease agreement. I’m also asking for a security deposit, and 2 references. Please no kids, pets, smoking inside, or drugs.

I’m a 28 year old man, I’m gay, and a new homeowner. I’m a full time elementary school teacher and I do small landscaping/gardening work on the side. I love working with plants and flowers, I have several gardens outside the house which is my main hobby and passion. Looking for a responsible and mature male roommate who is looking for a peaceful and pretty place to live, but is also down to chill in the pool with a margarita on the weekends. I like to entertain once in a while, but not big parties. I also have an obnoxiously friendly cat who thinks he’s a dog, but does not do well with other animals.
