Allison's room

Hello! My roommate and I are currently looking to fill the upstairs loft in our 3 bedroom 2 bath home that’s located in Fair Oaks, CA. It’s a quiet, gated community with a pool & spa, gym and basketball court. Minutes from the Sacramento aquatic center and close to the freeway. The bathroom is shared with myself and all common areas are shared between all of us. The loft upstairs has its own A/C unit and is more private since it’s detached from the home. All common areas must be kept clean, and respect for each others space, working hours and each other is just a general rule of thumb. There are two dogs on the property so we would prefer someone with no pets/children. Smoking is also not prohibited on the property. First and last month rent required on move in date, background check will be performed for each individual and proof of employment and income is a must.

About us-

I’m Allison, I’m 28 and I work full time as a real estate agent as well as serve and bartend at a local restaurant. I spend most of my time with my dog either out at the lake, on a hike or taking a trip out of town. I love to cook, go to the gym and explore new places. We (my roommate and I) love to bbq, have a few drinks and hang at the pool, but are pretty laid back through the week as we work long hours M-F.

Eddie- I’m tend to stay to myself, work in the education field (M-F, traditional work hours), have family in the area. I will periodically go out. I will agree with Allison that I enjoy bbq’n, pool time, exercising, movies.
