Hello! I prefer a female roommate to share this remodeled 2 bed 1 bath 855 sqft house in Monrovia with myself and my sweet dog. The lease is for 1 year, and we would split the total monthly rent ($2350) and utilities. Covered utilities are water, trash, and landscaping. The property offers parking in the back, storage, washer/dryer, heat/air conditioning, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Old Town Monrovia, shopping, food, and fitness options are close.

I prefer someone who would be happy to live with a dog (she doesn’t get along with other pets), and, like myself, is fully vaccinated, clean, responsible, communicates well, and doesn’t smoke nor do drugs. I would also like to be friends with my roommate, and I’m looking for someone similar to myself. I’m in my 30’s, employed, and I value having a safe place to return to at the end of the day.
