9th Street

I have a 3 bed/3 bath super close to Tech! Mostly furnished with newer appliances, including a washer & dryer. It’s in the Varsity Villas neighborhood :) I’m looking for one roommate to share it with! It has a carport, turf lawn in the front for easy maintenance, but also a grass backyard :) One of the rooms has a bathroom attached and the other has a bathroom right next to it (that room and bathroom have a little hallway area almost like a master bedroom does). We split the utilities, and internet 3 ways. The roof & AC has been recently replaced as well.

I’m currently studying civil engineering at Tech, so studying is pretty important to me on the weekdays, but on the weekends I am more than down to have fun :) lmk if you have any questions!
