About the room

I have a 3 bed/3 bath super close to Tech! Furnished with newer appliances, including a washer & dryer. It’s in the Varsity Villas neighborhood :) I’m looking for a female student roommate who will have their own bedroom and bathroom. The house has a carport, turf lawn in the front, but also a grass side yard & is fully fenced :) We’ll split the utilities, and internet 3 ways when occupied. The roof & AC has been recently replaced as well.

About the roomies

I’m currently majoring chemical engineering at Tech, so studying is pretty important to me on the weekdays, but on the weekends I am more than down to have fun :) lmk if you have any questions!
