Room for rent in Barrington, New Hampshire. You’ll be sharing the entire house, with a large furnished Bedroom and Office, with a big closet, Roku TV, and nice windows. The house will be occupied by only two people (including you). The house has eight beautiful rooms in vintage style, plus a brand-new private bathroom.

All bills are included in the rent. Includes high speed internet, Wi-Fi, dedicated ethernet connection, air conditioning, electricity, heat, water, sewage, trash, plowing. Roku and other such streaming services are included. Washer and dryer in house. Access to refrigerator and kitchen.

The lease will start at three-months with the option for a longer term. This is to makes sure I’m a good fit for you, and you’re a good fit for me.

Rent is $1300 a month all inclusive. You get the convenience and consistency of one monthly cost, with no other house expenses. Available July 1st. References and credit check required.

About the roomies

About myself: I’m a mature male Craftsman, and work full time building furniture in my shop. I also own a Glass Business and do replacement window business and screen repair. I am a quiet, hardworking guy, very reasonable, and can figure out almost any situation. With that said, cleanliness and respect will be required. I have one cat (Lily) who rules the house and is spoiled regularly. Prefer a single professional roommate with no pets.
