Beautiful, quiet home in desirable neighborhood just blocks away from everything equestrian in Wellington. Fenced in yard, heated pool, outside bar and grill, flowers, fruit trees and lots of butterflies. Both rooms will share a full size refrigerator that is in the garage. Kitchen and common areas are welcome to be enjoyed by all.

Work at home sf, seeking two responsible, conscientious and preferably female adults with stable employment. My home is very bright with views of the pool and bar and gardens throughout the open floor plan. All windows and doors are newly installed and hurricane rated, as well as the roof is is also new. On the far end of the house from the entrance, beyond the kitchen and living room, there are two beautifully appointed bedrooms with a shared bath in-between. For additional privacy, there is a pocket door that separates the shared hallway and rooms from the main home. In the yard, I raise fruit trees and butterfly host plants and butterflies as well. I enjoy gardening as a hobby. No smoking in the home. You must have references. Also, if you do not know how to swim, then you may not swim. Utilities included.
