Room is smallish, but bright and cozy and you would have access to a large basement for art, music, etc . It’s an evolving space. The backyard is magical like a secret garden. So, there’s much more to renting the room/house here that “just the room” . There’s a bathroom on the first floor and in the finished basement as well. Available room is on the first floor. It could use a paint job(current roomie has tapestries up), so I’d be willing to knock a little off first months rent for you to get supplies and we could paint it together? (Or I could possibly paint it beforehand, I’m just working a lot right now) My room is upstairs. This is a healing, chill, unique wonderful house and I’d love to find someone who can respect that. Relaxed, but relatively clean and respectful of each other’s work schedules while still allowing for some fun, good times…all the standard stuff. Oh, and the location is awesome!! South Tabor …10 minute walk to Mt Tabor Park (if you haven’t been, it’s the coolest “neighborhood park” I’ve ever experienced) and close to many fun areas.

I’m hoping to keep the house just two people for the most peacefulness. So only other roomie is me. I am a 40 year old female with a job in vintage resale. I’m Single at the moment, no pets, into Buddhism, making all sorts of art, dancing, music, cooking, chilling, sometimes super in the mood for outgoing times and sometimes a bit more introverted but overall pretty balanced with all that. I am easy going and only serious about things that require that. I have had a traumatic experience with a past roommate(not the current one…they are moving due to a job), so I may ask for a reference or two or just to meet for coffee/tea a couple times so that I can feel comfortable. A house should feel safe, cozy, fun, supportive, healthy and that’s my ultimate goal.
