You’ll have your own bedroom with your own bathroom/shower right next to your room on the 1st floor. There is a small patio on the first floor too to take in some sun. 2nd Floor is living area with fully stocked kitchen , nice livingroom and separate sitting area. Also, balcony with seating to enjoy. Newer building. Built in 2016. Large common area with several BBQs, fire pits, large fireplace, tables and chairs, Bocce Ball court, horseshoe court for you to enjoy anytime. 3rd floor are MB for when owner comes to town and another bedroom for son who is at Cal Poly, but away for summer for an internship. Laundry is on the 3rd floor. Utilities included Internet included

Unassigned parking spaces available. Twin Bed and desk in room. I can provide sheets and bath towels if needed. Great area. Near downtown. Walking / bikepath to downtown. Near stores, restaurants, coffee.

My husband and I are professionals. We visit condo maybe 2x month (Master bedroom). Our son is Cal Poly student but away most summer doing an internship. His roommate’s room is the one available for July and August only. You’ll have place to yourself most of the time.
