Welcome home! This is a 2 story 2 bedrooms 1 1/2 bathroom in a very quite neighborhood. all are bedrooms are upstairs. All rooms available May 1, 2024. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms shared a jack and jill bathroom, one room is bigger in size both have private entrance to the room and entrance to the shared bathroom.

3rd bedroom, $1400 includes HOA, Utilities, water/trash, and WIFI internet. May 1, 2024

The 2nd bedroom is $1300 includes HOA, Utilities, water/trash, and WIFI internet. Washer/Dryer included. Both available May 1, 2024

The master bedroom will be available May 1, 2024 Large master bath with full master bath with walking closet and additional closet in the room. Private entrance. Rent is $1700. (two people $1800)

All bedrooms has it’s own smartkey lock. Main door is a smart lock Security cameras outside the home.

Kitchen is fully furnished with essentials and living room downstairs, Television with Apple TV and Amazon firestick.

Guest bathroom for your guest downstairs. 2 cars allowed on the driveway. But off street parking is also available.

The property is 10 mins from CSUF, Disney, Biola, UCI. Close to 5 and 91 freeway. Minutes to Fullerton College and Troy/Sunny Hills High School. Downtown fullerton is 5 minutes away. 15 minutes from Block at Orange, and The Anaheim District. You are close to a lot of amenities.

Sorry No pets, No smoking allowed. No loud gatherings or late night gatherings allowed. Pls be mindful of our neighbhors most of them work very early. Rooms are available May 1st. HOA impose strict rules on 10pm quietime. No parking on red, fire hydrant. Trash day is every Thursday. Yard crew every Monday morning.
