Erik's room

The home is newly built, large, comfortable and finished nicely and your room is furnished with a bed. We can supply a dresser and other furnishings if need be. There is a wet bar with refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher in the basement. You would be more than welcome to use the kitchen upstairs as well. The room we have for rent is in the basement which does not have the feel of a typical basement. It is carpeted with a walk in closet in the bedroom and a private bathroom with a large shower. The basement is 1800SF in size with a TV, fireplace, sofa and other furnishings. I currently use one room down there as an office but have been thinking of moving it upstairs. If you would be bringing any furniture we can store ours as well. We have plenty of parking available. All utilities are included! We are located in Erie and are close to Denver, Boulder, Broomfield, Thornton and Longmont.

My wife (43) and I (37) are looking for a laid back person or couple. It is just us two living here currently. We do not drink (but don’t mind if you do) and are very low key and super easy going. We love the outdoors and getting to know similar minded people. We have three amazingly nice cats that can be kept separate from your space. We keep a clean home, but not to a neurotic level. We are negotiable on the use of both basement bedrooms if need be so please reach out with questions. We have included all utilities (water/sewer, trash, electric/gas, 900 MB internet, YouTube TV) in the price to make things simple. We are near miles of walking trails/ open spaces and live in a newly constructed neighborhood. We would love to hear from you!
