3 min walk (if even) from the Mariano’s on 2021 W Chicago Ave. Very close to restaurants, bars and gym. Free parking is available around corner or block behind but it’s paid parking infront or you can pay $150 a month for garage space. You will be getting the smaller room and the sun room there’s a big closet in there so you have two rooms to yourself. No pets, utilities gas,WiFi, and electricity is split 1/3. Also you will be sublease til May 2023 if that’s works for you let us know!
