About the room
I have a bedroom for rent in a townhome style apartment. It has a walk in closet and full bathroom inside room. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Walking distance from downtown Burbank. I will pay for all utilities. All I ask is $1200 for the rent.
About the roomies
I am friendly and respectful. I work M-F and get home in the evening. I have 3 cats and a dog (all super sweet and friendly). All my neighbors are quiet and pleasant. I usually go to bed between 10-11PM so I need a roommate who can be relatively quiet after 10. My neighbors prefer that as well.
