The apartment is the Meadows at Parkwood. It’s a second floor, two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with in-unit laundry. It also provides a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The complex also does have other ammenties such as a pool, hottub, 2 clubhouses and bbq area. I’d be using the master bedroom, which leaves the other room available. Per the apartment complex no dogs are allowed, ideally the roommate wouldn’t have animals either but I could be open to cats. The potential roommate would bee added to the lease, the apartment does charge a $50 application fee which covers a background check. The $650 would be the base price and not include utilities that we would split 50/50.

In my free time I’m usually at the gym, playing some video games (I tend to play COD and will play the occasional RPG), watching movies or spending time with my girlfriend. I prefer to keep things clean and presentable and will make sure that I do my part to ensure all shared areas would be clean, ideally you would as well. I would prefer that anyone who moves in doesn’t smoke/vape (if you are a smoker I ask you do it outside on the balcony) or do drugs. I myself drink occasionally so have no problem if you drink I just ask that it doesnt lead to any problems.
