$1000/month (utilities included). Street parking is 0.3 miles away, 7 minute walk. Preferred someone with no car. Available October 2.

• Lease is only until December 31, 2022.

• No overnight guests, no parties, no smoking, no drugs, no pets.

• Must pass background check and show proof of income.

• First month rent + 1 month security deposit required when moving in.
