I’m subletting a furnished room in Northpark from August-November. Flexible on dates and rent. Great roommate, private room, private bathroom, parking space, small outdoor patio, garage for storage in walking distance of a bunch of great restaurants and bars.

I’m leaving for a part time job in LA and looking to sublet my room for a few months. My roommate is a teacher, easy to live with and very nice. Great place for someone new to the area looking for a fully furnished space for a few months or a new student.
