I have 2 two rooms for rent both rooms same size. $1400 for each room Its a 3 bed 1 bath with a washer and dryer. price does not include electricity or wifi. beach is across the street!

im 32 and looking for an easy going roommate with no drama. this house only has one bathroom so it will be shared but im really clean for a guy. dont mind having people over but not looking to have people over consistently and party. if ur looking to have a chill living situation let me know.
