This property is in a desirable location with great views of the canyon hills. We are located in the friendly Sunnymead Ranch neighborhood. This room is considered a studio type bedroom, the size of a master bedroom. You will have your own private bathroom and a key will be provided for your privacy of the bathroom. This room includes partial furniture including a twin size bed with drawers, a desk, a dresser (located inside the walk in closet), the lamp and a TV. This room also includes access to the kitchen and pool. Plenty of street parking, visible outside your front window. [NOT LAUNDRY ACCESSIBLE]. No Overnight guest. Feel free to bring your own furniture. Looking for a single respectful person. Will consider a Mother and single child. No Pets, as we have pets of our own here.
