-upper level of a 3br/1ba duplex in South Minneapolis -rent is $666 per month with $666 safety deposit -room available Sept 1st, but we can make earlier work -we expect a 1 year commitment -our apartment is mostly furnished (except your bedroom) but we would be open to additions if you have them! -free laundry with our unit’s own washer and dryer and lots of storage space in the basement. -14 ft x 14 ft bedroom -roughly 3700 sq feet for the whole apartment. -we have access to a small garage for bikes only, but there is plentiful street parking on our quiet street! -the apartment is well maintained and managed by property owner, not a management company -located close to the Rose Garden, Lake Harriet, Bde Maka Ska, and on a beautiful wooded street

Hello, we are Elise and Nick! We live on the upper level of a 3br/1ba duplex in South Minneapolis and are looking for a third roommate! We have been living with our friend up until recently, when they moved out of state. We have considered moving into a smaller apartment but we love the house and the location so much that we decided we would try our hand at a finding a new roommate. We are a couple and have been together for the the past 4 years. We look forward to potentially forming a friendship or just staying good roommates!

Elise is a farmer, during the growing season it keeps her very busy and in the winter she has a lot more free time. In her free time she likes to rock climb, read, watch tv shows, hang out in the local park, and swim in the Minneapolis lakes. Over the years she has lived with many different roommates and lived abroad as well. Through these experiences she has gained many new friendships and learned to live with many different types of people. She has also come away knowing what she likes in a roommate relationship and what she can provide in return. She prefers a relationship where there is open communication, and a potential to hang out, and that generally shared spaces are kept tidy so that they can be used by anyone.

Nick works in healthcare and in his free time likes to make art and dive down YouTube rabbit holes. He likes to make the most of the seasons and embrace the weather. He loves to bike around Minneapolis and spend time in the parks and lakes. He is social and likes to hang out in the living room and is also comfortable being alone and having time to himself. Nick likes to cook and would love to have meals together but it’s certainly not a requirement. He is excited to have a new roommate and potential friend!

We are both in our late 20s. Together we love to bike, cook, and spend time with friends.

We are looking for a third roommate who is kind, communicative, clean, and similar-minded. We are progressive and would like a roommate that is too. We love pets and occasionally pet sit for our family, but at the moment we prefer a pet-free home for sake of simplicity.
