I am offering two private furnished rooms (optional) in my 4 bedroom home as a package. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, headboard, , drawer dresser, chest, mirror nightstands, and 22 inch TV on the wall. The second room also has a queen sized bed, dresser, drawers, mirror, headboard , and 22 TV on the wall. Both rooms have double closets. The bathroom has a tub and shower. The kitchen, diningroom, and full walk- out basement has a new washer and dryer, stainless steel refrigerator, and landlord pays all utilities, wi-fi, cable, snow and trash removal, landscaping, professional cleaning, security system, swimming pool, central ac, and large deck. Tenant just pays rent.

I’m a 44 year old friendly man. I live alone and work full time as a mobile groomer. I am not home very much as I also travel a lot.
