Jenny's room

I have 2 rooms for rent in my 3 bedroom house. Smaller of the two $800 and $1000 for the larger room. This price includes internet, cable and utilities. You would have your own bathroom until another roommate came in. Pool is 1 mile away and close to grocery store and places to eat.

I am 50 and work full time. I have 2 young cats, so I’m not looking for any more animals in the house. I am clean, organized and looking for people who are the same. We would share common spaces and you must be respectful and responsible about my cats who try to get out the door or in cupboards.
