Room in basement available for rent, like a mini studio. Has its own private entrance and own bathroom. Big backyard in home and plenty of street parking in front of the home. Roommate will only have access to basement. Mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven, air-fryer and single hot plate in basement. Roommate will ONLY have access to basement.

5 minutes to the beltway (495, 295), 12 min to Old Town Alexandria and 10 min to the National Harbor. Two shopping centers nearby. Mount vernon trail is 6 minutes away (driving).

Hi, I’m Jessica I’m 34 years old. I have a 3 year Weimaraner named Stella. I WFH Mon-Fri and I’m usually out on the weekends with friends. My boyfriend also lives with us, we stay upstairs. The only time we go to the basement is to do laundry.
