Private Room in a shared townhouse and great neighborhood for rent! One person only. This is a roommate living situation. You have your own bathroom! You have free parking in a garage. It’s quiet and at the center of all the fun in Stamford! Utilities are not included in rent, and it is split between the three roommates!

Only shared common space is the living room, dinning room, and kitchen. In unit laundry, off street parking, maintenance. Roommate must be able to comply with house rules, clean up after themselves and keep the common are tidy. Please no pets and no smoking.
