I offer a private cozy, comfortable room. Included with the room is: on site washer and dryer, high speed internet Wi-Fi, streaming cable TV, Netflix, blackout thermal insulated curtains, a large jacuzzi bath, off street driveway parking, a bonfire pit, an outdoor barbecue grill, an updated modern security system with motion panning cameras, First Alert smoke and carbon monoxide detector, a large closet, heat, central air, gas, electric, trash, recycling, water, sewer, garbage and an on site storage shed, all up against a private community park in a very safe, clean, quiet, private neighborhood within walking distance of town. Free grocery and pharmacy delivery also available. My home is located on the beautiful south fork of the Crow River in Watertown, MN within walking distance of town and the dam. It has a very pretty public gazebo there and a full outdoor fire place with a groomed walking and biking path that’s just minutes from The Luce Line state trail! It’s a private, unfurnished bedroom with new carpeting, ceiling fan with remote, blackout thermal insulated curtains for temperature regulation in your room and if you’d like to sleep during the day, it also has a fresh coat of paint. It’s so quiet here you can literally hear a pin drop. Even though I don’t have TV as a personal decision doesn’t mean you can’t have one, just bring your own and I’ll flip for cable and Netflix! I want you to be as comfortable as possible during your stay here. There’s a shared living room with new carpeting, a kitchen with all brand new appliances including a dishwasher and a new full sized stand up freezer, a large beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, on site washer and dryer, a bonfire pit, an outdoor barbecue grill, off street driveway parking for one vehicle, keyless entry via fingerprint reader and a modern Wyze security system with motion panning cameras, there’s also on site storage in my outdoor shed. The lease duration is month to month. No pets allowed and you must be dog friendly as I have a dog. There’s a $150 non-refundable application fee that will cover a background, reference and credit check. I’m looking for an older, drama free, gentleman. Someone who is honest, neat, clean, quiet, respectful, responsible and polite. No kids or couples. Must take garbage and recycling out to the curb once a week, approx. 30’. There is a $700 damage deposit and a minimum stay of three months with a 30 day written departure notice. As long as there’s no damage, the damage deposit will be kept for the last months rent, no refunds. As long as there’s no damage, theft, etc. and the expected 30 day notice has been given, there shouldn’t be any additional fees. Absolutely NO drugs, alcohol, smoking or parties of any kind will be tolerated. Must be fully vaccinated against both covid and influenza with all boosters. It’s an easy drive, approximately 30 minutes west of Minneapolis. Come enjoy clean, quiet country living in a great, safe, clean, quiet neighborhood!
