!!ages 18-23 please!! I won’t respond if your older. Private room in house by Rogers Highschool. I’m no more than 15 minutes away from Whitworth, WSU Spokane, EWU Spokane, Gonzaga, SCC, and SFCC. There’s also four bus stops within easy walking distance. Shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Street parking out front and a driveway in the back (garage is off limits) I have 2 dogs. They’re super sweet but they’re the max number of pets allowed there so no more furry friends :( fully furnished living room and a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, dishes, pots and pans etc. washer and dryer in the basement. Smoking and vaping is allowed on the property but not inside. The bedroom itself come with a dresser, mirror, and headboard if you would like to use them. There is also a working air hockey table in the living room.

Right now it’s only me and my two pups living here! I’m a 19yo female and I have two 4yo female labs. One black one yellow they’re as sweet as ever! They love new people and you will gain two cuddle buddies! I am renting this place and my landlord said no more pets so I sadly cannot welcome anymore furry friends :( I’m also all for kiddos coming to visit but I would prefer not to live with any. I do have friends over and sometimes on the weekend we will drink and hang out but I don’t throw big parties and I ask that you don’t throw any either. I’m all for you having friends come and hang out though! I’m down for new friends or if you just want a roomie who will leave you alone I’m cool with that to!
