No pets allowed. Incredible safe area. Internet, utilities, internet, tv’s with Hulu and Netflix included. Very quiet apartments close to police station. Room has furniture but can be removed. Very clean apartment. Adult beverages are fine but no drugs or smoking indoors.

Divorced male. Doctoral student. Former military. Very clean and tidy. When at home, I’m usually in bedroom doing academic research. Super easy going, and positive. I’m a Christian above all. I have children but they don’t live at home. Happy zone, no drama.
