Your room is large with ample closet space and a high ceiling. Private bathroom has large shower. Includes a secure, gated parking space and laundry facilities are on site. Runyon canyon hiking trails are one block up the street and shopping and entertainment is steps away.

I have lived here for almost fifteen years and I love the area. I split my time between here and my home in Canada. My current roommate is moving away and I’m looking for someone who wants to live here long-term. I’m quiet and respectful and keep to myself and I’m seeking a roommate who is the same
