i just signed a lease to transfer to a different unit in Aspire July 25th to a two bedroom instead of a three bedroom. unfortunately, i have to unexpectedly move back home and can’t afford to keep paying the rent for the lease if i am not staying there. i have not yet moved into the two bedroom, however, i have photos of the demo they have on site. the demo will be exactly what the apartment looks like layout and space wise, but of course will not include furnishings. i believe if you’d like it to be furnished, you can once you sign the lease for an additional $10/mo. you have two options if you’d like to take over the lease. option one, you can rent it out yourself for just under $1,700 with all utilities included. the second option, is you can find a roommate and split it. you would have two separate leases so you will not be responsible for your roommates half if something happens one month and they cannot afford it. this option would take your payment down to under $850. also, keep in mind that the pricing i gave would be if you brought a pet. if you do not have any pets, it will be $25 less each month. i don’t know if i mentioned this before, but the lease would be good until july 25 2023.
