Havilah's room

Hi everyone! My name is Havilah (23, grad student) and my roommate Mazzy (21, barista) and I are looking for a person to replace 2 roommates that’re moving out. We are looking for someone who can stay until May 2023. We have one other person who has moved in [Carlos (24, HVAC)]. You’d have your own room and own bathroom all on the first floor. We are clean and don’t care for drama. Mazzy has a cat. Let us know if you have any questions and would like to see the place. It is a large, charming house with lots of sunlight and a big porch that is 4 minutes from the Augusta University Summerville campus. Big common rooms so lots of space for desks, etc. Has washer, dryer, dishwasher. Rent is 424 and then you’d have to pay for gas/electric and wifi (still would be less than 500 overall).

FYI: The photo we posted is a picture from when we toured, so it’s kind of a bad photo, but I can’t take another one since the person who’s moving out is still living there. But we are always cool with meeting up and then touring.
