Three female roommates looking for same. We are two graduate students and one professional - in our 20s and early 30s - who are clean, quiet and generally retire early as we wake up early for work. There is a small quiet dog that stays in its room. Landlord lives on the 1st floor and is very accessible.  

-One year lease from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023. Before signing, first and last month’s rent and security deposit (1 month’s rent) are due.

Our second floor apartment has a living room, renovated eat in kitchen, deck and shared hall closet. Large windows, high ceilings and wainscot. Great morning sunlight !

-$950 per month. Very large room with a bay window facing East! Wood floors,  Landlord supplied a wardrobe and AC unit.

Other costs -Electricity, gas, and internet are usually $40 - $50 per person/ per month.  -Washer and Dryer are located in the basement and cost $2 each per load.

Transportation -There is no overnight street parking available. There are spots to rent in the area that range from $175 to $250 per month.  -One block from the Green C line train. 4-5 minute walk from the Green D line train. 10-12 minute walk from the Green B line train and Bus to Harvard Square.

Great Location! -Conveniently located a few blocks away from the Chestnut Hill Reservoir, Boston College, CVS, Star Market, two recreational parks (tennis courts, etc), skating rink, swimming pool and a bunch of other stores and eateries.
