1 bedroom, shared bath. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, we can negotiate if not needed. Minimum of 3 months lease and then it becomes monthly lease.

The landlord is my aunt. She is a woman in her 50s and there is another female roommate in her 30s. Our house is close to the freeway, a few blocks away from Island Pacific, and about 5 minutes drive to Touro University, Target, the cinema, and stores at Adm Callaghan Lane. Visitors can be allowed on a case-by-case basis with visiting hours. No pets, no overnight guest stays, no partying, and no drugs are allowed on the premises.
