The home is 2.5 miles from the nearest Publix grocery store, 3 miles from the Advent Health Heart of Florida Hospital, 12 miles from the Posner Park shopping area with Starbucks, Marshalls, Target, a movie Theater etc., many dining options nearby, and just 19 miles away from DISNEY! There is also a relaxing pool & spa with a bar & grille just around the corner to enjoy that includes fun activities such as trivia nights.

Current resident is a female that works full-time at a children’s hospital. She is incredibly kind and keeps the home clean and kept up. When she has a day off she likes to explore Florida by heading to the beach, going to the farmers markets, or finding fun activities like yoga and paddle boarding. The home is clean, quiet and respectful in evenings of noise that would disturb others. Roommate’s sociable if you choose to converse with them. Easy going females. No drama home .
