3/3 house with an in ground pool in a great safe neighborhood in AC. 1 bd and one private bath for rent plus share living space downstairs. Part of the security deposit is a non refundable cleaning fee, 400 will be returned provided 30 days notice is given upon leaving my residence and there is no damage. Thanks for your understanding.
