Taylor's room

Recently moved in and planned on living alone but a tragedy happened. (Hopefully) only available for a couple months while I get back on my feet but if it’s a good fit I’d consider longer. Females only, no pets are allowed. You get your own private bedroom and bathroom in the front bedroom next to the front door. Located in Lehigh across from Gateway, UPS drop off locations close by for Amazon packages, 2 Publix’s are 2-10 minutes away, gas stations, pharmacies, Daniels/Colonial Blvd/ i75 north/south and Target are near by as well. I have Xfinity wifi, camera/motion detection security system, and your room and bathroom are directly across from the garage (where the washer & dryer is). It is a duplex, currently no body lives on the other side (last tenants just left and they’re doing repairs), and the room is not directly facing the main road (mine do) so it’s probably the more quiet room. Please be advised, the bathroom and bedroom probably need to be cleaned prior to move in.

I’m very laid back and go to work at night (4-9), I’m very big on cleanliness, respect for the house (and myself of course), and quietness (especially during sleeping hours). I’m also a college student but on summer break, and like to have friends over here and there! I’m currently coping with the loss of my dad to cancer and trying to regain financial stability. I appreciate straight forwardness and honesty!
