I’m looking for a 20’s- early 30’s FEMALE ONLY who works full time with paystubs or a student and works etc with good communication/ texting. There’s also a possibility of a 2nd option on the table…scroll down to asterisk(*).

The room is in a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of a 2 family house. It’s a smaller room, has an AC (not in pics, but will be put in prior to someone moving in) and a decent size closet. The room is furnished with a twin bed, a dresser w/mirror and a chest. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen/ kitchen area only. No living room. Street parking only. Rent includes utilities (heat, hot water, gas, electric and wifi). Another plus is that laundry is included.

The house is located right next to the downtown Clifton area, near Main Ave, Lakeview and Piaget. Close to rt 80, 46, 20, 21 and the GSP. It’s also 10 mins away from Montclair State University (MSU). Dunkin, 711, Walgreens, White Castle, Chinese Food, Pizza and much more are all within a mile/ walking distance.

To move in……Proof of income (copy of last 4 pay stubs), a copy of your drivers license/ photo ID, $1540 (First Months Rent $770+ $770 Security Deposit). It’s month-to-month, no lease, cash only (Rent receipts will be issued). I would also consider Zelle. I would prefer someone wanting to stay 6 months plus.

I’m a total animal lover but have no pets of my own. Cats are welcome. I love dogs too but I think the apartment is too small for a dog.

Must be CLEAN, responsible, respectful, trustworthy and pay the rent on time. Sorry NO smoking (but you can smoke outside), NO drugs, and NO guests in the apartment (after I get to know you a little an occasional guest would be ok but no overnight).

*This is also an option on the table. The second bedroom I can rent out as well. If you have a female friend/ relative/ co worker, same thing 20’s-early 30’s that works and has paystubs etc I might consider renting out that 2nd bedroom. The only problem is that 2nd bedroom won’t be ready for about 2 months after i have the first one rented out….AND your rents would be lowered. Just an option I’m throwing out there. And yet another option…I might consider a young, single, drama free, drug free, working mom and young child. If you think you can fit in the room I might be down for that at $820 a month. And If you wanted to take that 2nd bedroom for your kid when I have it ready, rent would be $1100 total. It is a small apartment and I do have alot of stuff/ projects going on.

If you’re looking for a spacious mansion and a jacuzzi, this is not it lol. But if you want an economical, safe, quiet place to sleep, do homework/study, cook and relax in a decent neighborhood, send me a text.

Just me lol. I’m Mike, yes a guy oooh scary…anyways I’m friendly, reasonable, down to earth and stay in my own lane. I consider myself quiet. I work full time and cook a few times a week/grill in the summer. I’m a night owl when I can be, 2 nights a week lol. Other than that I pretty much live a simple life.
