Hi all! I am renting a spacious unfurnished bedroom in a brand new house. The bedroom has its own closet for all clothes and storage needs. The bathroom is shared. The property itself is located 2 miles away from downtown!

I am a 35F that works in healthcare and enjoys working out. I am pretty chill and easy going overall. My other roommate is my cousin 26M he enjoys working out and the occasional beer. We have a very social welsh terrier dog that lives with us!:)
