Looking for someone to take over my lease. 12 weeks pregnant and decided to move back to my hometown to be closer to my family. I currently live in a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse located in Sandy Springs (15 minutes from Buckhead). All bills are split 50/50 with my current roommate. Expect to pay around $1,200 a month for rent, water, electric, gas, trash, insurance, pest control, wifi, etc. Expect to pay around $150 for your application fee and keys. The only rule is no pets, simply because my roommate is allergic. If your pet is hypoallergenic then it can be considered.
