Hi! I am a 32-year-old dog mom, I work at a local university and own my condo. I am looking for a roommate/tenant for my spare bedroom. $850 per month, all utilities included. The bedroom is furnished with a closet and you’ll have your own bathroom. Washer and dryer are in unit, and parking is free. I am a very neat, clean, and respectful owner/roommate. I prefer a female or an underrepresented gender roommate that is responsible, respectful, clean, and a kind person who likes dogs. I work from home twice a week (with the possibility of more days I’ll be home). My dog is about 5 or 6 years old, very friendly, shy, and gets anxious with loud noises. If you have a dog, it must be house and crate trained, friendly with other dogs, and quiet (not a lot of barking).
