I have two rooms available. The master ensuite is available as of this upcoming Sunday. The other room will be available in 2 weeks. The rooms are both unfurnished but ONE can be if needed. Just will need to let me know what your needs are. The apartment is pretty much a blank palace ready for your homey touches. It does have a couch included in the space. I am planning on renting both rooms separately to keep cost low as possible but; if you are willing to rent both rooms, then we can talk about it. I am looking for a minimum of 3 months with a 30 day notice. I don’t care who you are; just be respectful and responsible of space and pay your portion of the rent on time and we will be great.
I currently have an open room and soon to be another open room so I want to rent them to help out!
