Asher's room

1/3 of an acre fenced yard with a few trees, 10 minutes from APSU and within driving distance to a few parks and walkways. Small above ground bonfire pit, bring your own camping chairs. Great view of the stars at night.

Home has a shared living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. 2 bathrooms, but the “master bathroom” needs to be (eventually) fixed before we stop sharing the main bathroom.

Planning to garden or start a food forest to reduce food costs. Maybe replace the grass with creeping thyme. Compost just getting started. Fairly quiet neighborhood except the occasional car or dog.

Futon/extra stuff can be moved.

Homebody, introvert type. Neat & tidy (mostly). Respectful of privacy, personal space, your stuff, and friendly :)) Lf similar. Down to sometimes cook together or have movie nights maybe 🤷‍♀️ I’m in weekly therapy and am neurodivergent. FYI.

Small, oddly quiet chi/corgi residing here. CBD/420 friendly, only drink once in a while. Gamer, nerd artsy type. I burn lots of incense and candles. Garage is used as an art studio, I work from home. You might also hear me singing sometimes. It is what it is. LGBT friendly is a must.
