Superb location with easy access to I40 and equidistance from Duke and UNC campuses.

Home to be shared with ‘mature’ single woman and ‘overly’ friendly, small Terrier. Neat freak and expect the same degree of ‘tidiness’ from housemate. I am extremely friendly and open minded but due to some health challenges, my lifestyle is relatively quiet. You are more than welcome to share meals and we can arrange an ‘equitable’ food arrangement if you’d like. I generally retire early evening so partying not an option. My little dog is my life and therefore anyone in my home must be seriously ‘dog-oriented’ and respectful of him and his well being.
