Roommate will need to be clean & organized. Washer and dryer included. Roommate will be responsible for all of their own cleaning & laundry supplies. Roommate will have his/her own parking perm. Will be allowed to all community property amenities. No smoking permitted inside condo. Outside Okay. Property location has easy access from the 15 South/North Freeway. Off Ramps are: Diamond & Grape Street. Centralized location close to Shopping Center, 1/2 mile from the Sports Complex which has easy access to the lake. Background & Credit check will be required but will be willing to work with the right candidate if need be.

Working, Active single man, have older children who live on their own and will occasionally visit from time to time. I am a clean, organized, nice & respectful man who keeps to himself.
