Excellent apartment in a convenient location available Sept 1st. First floor unit with exterior view, 1 detached garage we can rotate with 1 permit for other, in-home laundry, dishwasher. Room available is 12x12 with en-suite, closet space, and private balcony. Community includes fitness center, pool, jacuzzis, HOA tennis courts and secondary pool/spa across the street. Starting my 3rd year here, home is fully furnished except available room. Rent price also covers internet, trash, water, sewer, gas and electric. Across the street are Target & Sprouts shopping centers.

I am a working professional in property management with days off Thursday & Friday. I enjoy riding my bike along the many paths/trails, hiking, laying by the pools, traveling, and relaxing at home to watch my favorite shows. Cooking is a side passion and I enjoy sharing on the occasions ;) I am gay and open to sharing my space with another male, gay or straight. No couples or pet owners at this time sorry.
