Private room in Tanglewood apartments. Room has its own bathroom and small walk in closet. Great location, close to airport, shopping, and lots of food places. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The community has on site parking, pool, and a small gym. All utilities will be included ex for electric (divided in 1/2). If you it is a good fit for both of us, you will have to work with the main office to be added to the lease.

I am a professional new to the area. Work 8-5pm and spend a lot of time out of the apartment. I do have a cat so the new roommate needs to be ok with a little furry friend in the space.
