A little Bit about the room:

A very spacious Master bedroom with a half bathroom. You have two windows that circulates much fresh air and great sunlight. The closet is a deep “walk-in” and I say walk in because you can literally walk in the closet and style it in any way that you desire. The carpets have been cleaned and the walls have been retouched with an egg shell white coating, however you have the freedom to change the color but you will be responsible for changing it back to it’s original color once you have decided to move out.

About your roomies: I am twenty three and I work in Fashion/ Fashion Styling, but overall I am a well rounded creative. I am very supportive. I promote a safe and judge free zone where everyone feels comfortable within the house. Honestly, I am not a clean freak because I know slip up’s happen. You may leave a dish in the sink or whatever and I won’t hound you for that - however, you MUST make the conscious effort to keep the common area(s) clean at ALL TIMES,– the living room, bathroom, kitchen and patio… I can care less about the condition of your room. I am the head of household so bills will be ran through by me and the other roommate, this is a home of structure. Nonetheless, I am a very outgoing person who also enjoys occasionally hanging with my roomies over small talks and wine. We don’t have to be besties but as along as there is respect in the household, we’ll definitely get along! :)

The other roommate, is twenty five year old Tati. She is literally in and out the house like a ghost - simply because you see her but barely. Sometimes I don’t even know when she’s homes, it’s funny. She causes no trouble, pretty chill, doesn’t speak much but will occasionally come out her room to engage in conversation.

All in All, we want peace within the household and are looking for someone who is pure hearted and well intentioned.
