We have two rooms available, they are the same in size, the two rooms are on the opposite side our the house with a private bathroom, shared spaces is the living room, kitchen and back covered patio with a large front and backyard. We could allow one small dog, with a pet deposit and would have to get along with our dogs. $900 includes most utilities. Water and electricity will be split monthly.
