I need someone to re sign my lease with! Downtown, Two bed two bath apartment 1035 squ ft. Pool, gym, in unit laundry and pet friendly. If signed and approved by the 23rd the base rent is $1694 (847 each) plus WiFi ($30 each) utilities ($35-$50 each) and parking.

I am a 24 year old female! I spend a lot of time at work, with friends, or lounging around the apartment. I get along with most I meet and am communicative and direct. I am in recovery so I’d prefer someone that doesn’t party heavily but everything is negotiable. I love this apartment and want to keep it so I’m looking very intently!
