Sakura's room

Hi! The room is currently occupied but will be free on July 2nd. I live in a townhome and there are 3 rooms 3 1/2 baths. There is a 24 hour gym in the complex, a clubhouse with pool tables, and a pool and hot tub. There is available parking on the complex and we do have a garage, but it is taken and may be up for discussion. Each room is spacious and there is a closet and it’s own private bathroom as well as multiple windows in the room. It is a three story townhome. One room with garage on first floor. There is a in-home washer and dryer as well as we have a balcony on the second floor and lastly two rooms on the third floor. My roommate will have two dogs that are house trained and super sweet, but will stay in their kennel or her room. She is a med tech and I’m a full time student working at my school. We are both married and our husbands are in the military, but stationed currently out of state. If you’re interested please message me and we can discuss details. We are both open to having people over and other things as well.

Sakura, I am 20 and a student at CSUSM. I am engaged and my fiancé is on deployment until sometime next year. I enjoy going out on adventures and doing random things. I like to cook, watch dogs, and enjoy hanging out with people.
