I hv 2rooms for rent one come with bed n tv it’s renting for $850.00 a month 2bedroom isn’t furnished it’s renting for 750 a month but all Utilities are included with the rent no pets no drugs it also comes with 1 FUL bathroom n a half bathroom off kitchen but renter only has access to there bedroom both bathrooms but no other part of the house to hv Laundry access is Additional $100 extra if you want access to it but it’s Optional you are responsible for your own food n personal you will hv a key 🔑 and lock for your room but if you decide to rent the room is for you n only you no extra ppl are included for more inquiries please feel free to leave a message in I will contact you
